Age moyen des vignes de 20 ans.<br \/>\nTerroir : Sols argilo-calcaires, vignes expos\u00e9es plein sud face aux Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es sur des coteaux bien ventil\u00e9s<br \/>\nVinification: Les raisins sont tri\u00e9s puis mis en cuve par gravit\u00e9<br \/>\nPigeages quotidiens et doux afin de favoriser la lib\u00e9ration des ar\u00f4mes.
