Il se d\u00e9veloppe sur les baies de raisin dans certaines conditions d\u2019humidit\u00e9 et d\u2019ensoleillement, permettant la production de vins de raisins surm\u00fbris.<br \/>\nCe champignon se d\u00e9veloppe particuli\u00e8rement bien dans la zone d&rsquo;appellation Loupiac.<br \/>\nIssu de vieilles vignes, ce vin et est \u00e9lev\u00e9 en f\u00fbt de ch\u00eane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et dans le verre\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\nRobe or \u00e9clatante.<br \/>\nNez aux ar\u00f4mes fruit\u00e9s d\u2019abricot, de miel et de raisins confits (typique des vins botrytis\u00e9s)<br \/>\nEn bouche la texture est charnue sur des notes de fruits exotiques.<br \/>\nBelle longueur s\u2019exprimant tout en finesse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accords Mets &amp; Vins : <\/strong><br \/>\nAp\u00e9ritifs et desserts.
