Les raisins proviennent de trois vignobles diff\u00e9rents, tous situ\u00e9s \u00e0 La Morra au c\u0153ur de la DOCG Barolo. Le vignoble est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 250 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;altitude au Sud-Est. Le type de sol est calcaire-sableux et fortement calcaire.<br \/>\nVendanges manuelles suivies d\u2019une presse d\u00e9licate. La fermentation a lieu \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e de 28\u00b0C, les peaux restant avec le mo\u00fbt pendant 8 jours.<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9levage est de 9 mois en cuve acier et 3 mois en bouteille avant commercialisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et dans le verre&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nRobe rouge grenat brillante.<br \/>\nNez frais de violette et de pivoine qui s\u2019\u00e9panoui sur les groseilles, la fraise et la cerise.
