Roussanne et Grenache blanc apportent puissance et longueur.<br \/>\nVinification en cuves en b\u00e9ton \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e : fermentations lentes pour exprimer les ar\u00f4mes sp\u00e9cifiques de chaque c\u00e9page. Elevage sur lies fines pendant 6 mois. L\u2019assemblage entre les c\u00e9pages est fait peu avant la mise en bouteille.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et dans le verre :<\/strong><br \/>\nBelle robe jaune d\u2019or frang\u00e9e de vert.<br \/>\nNez plaisant et subtils d\u2019ar\u00f4mes de fleurs blanches avec des pointes de fruits blancs \u00e9voquant la p\u00eache et la poire.<br \/>\nEn bouche, le palais r\u00e9v\u00e8le une mati\u00e8re ronde et tendre qui \u00e9volue sur une belle fra\u00eecheur.
