De druiven worden ontsteeld v\u00f3\u00f3r een zeer korte maceratie of directe persing.<br \/>\nDeze alcoholvrije ros\u00e9 wordt gemaakt volgens de dealcoholisatiemethode om de organoleptische kwaliteiten van het originele product zo dicht mogelijk te benaderen.<br \/>\nDeze dealcoholisatie vindt plaats na de gisting van de druiven. Het bestaat uit een zeer nauwkeurige mechanische distillatie die het mogelijk maakt om de verschillende componenten te isoleren en zo de alcohol van de wijn te scheiden.
