Evenals een klein deel van de kalksteenpuinkegels<br \/>\nen kalksteenhellingen.<br \/>\nSinds 2023 gecertificeerd biologisch.<br \/>\nOntsteelde oogst, gisting in cementen tanks gedurende 3 tot 4 weken met zachte extracties door overpompen. Temperatuurbeheersing tijdens de gisting.<br \/>\n22 maanden rijping in eikenhouten vaten van 225 liter van 2 of 3 wijnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En in het glas :<\/strong><br \/>\nIntense paarse kleur.
