De wijnstokken staan op twee hellingen met verschillende liggingen, noord en zuid, in de lieu-dit &#8220;Les Bas Liards&#8221;.<br \/>\nWinkelproces: biologische wijnbouw. Handmatige oogst. Sortering en optimalisatie van de oogstdatum per perceel. Bewaking van de rijpheid, 30% hele trossen. Korte fermentatie zonder sulfieten in roestvrijstalen tanks. Geen &#8216;punch-downs&#8217;. Tweemaal daags overpompen tot het einde van de fermentatie.<br \/>\n15 maanden gerijpt in Bourgondische eikenhouten vaten (15% nieuw eikenhout). Ongefilterd gebotteld.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En in het glas :<\/strong><br \/>\nEen betoverende kersenrode kleur. Een opvallend bouquet van kruiden, vari\u00ebrend van peper en nootmuskaat tot subtiele, nooit overheersende tonen van paprika en groene paprika.
