De naam van de wijngaard \u201eLes Crays\u201c is afgeleid van het woord \u201ecraie\u201c (krijt), een verwijzing naar de kalkrijke en steenachtige bodems die de helling kenmerken.<br \/>\nWijnbereidingsproces: biologische landbouw. Handmatige oogst, selectie en optimalisatie van de oogstdatum per perceel.<br \/>\nControle van de rijpheid, 30 % hele trossen. Korte gisting zonder sulfieten in roestvrijstalen tanks. Geen pigeage. Tweemaal daags overpompen tot het einde van de gisting.<br \/>\n15 maanden rijping in Bourgondische eikenhouten vaten (waarvan 10% nieuwe vaten).<\/p>\n<p><strong>En in het glas :<\/strong><br \/>\nBriljante en intense robijnrode kleur.<br \/>\nNeus van vers rood fruit zoals kersen en frambozen. Lichte kruidige tonen geven het geheel extra pit. Smaak in lijn met de neus. Soepele en zijdezachte textuur met delicate tannines en een mooie finesse.
